How KaamKa works — poster & doer
KaamKa is a hyperlocal physical task marketplace. Post any task that needs a real person nearby — a doer takes it, you pay into deposit (Amanat), and release only when it is done. Deposit-backed, checkpoint-verified, built in Vadodara.
You need something done
- Post the kaam: title, description, budget (min ₹1 — 0 not allowed, any price above 0 allowed), deadline, pin location, and checkpoints (e.g., photo of PG with window light, 2-min video walkthrough).
- Chat & agree: doers nearby see your task in feed, they message you. Discuss via offers/counters in private chat — no public bidding.
- Pay into deposit: lock deal → pay agreed price + 5% (e.g., ₹500 + ₹25 = ₹525) into KaamKa Amanat. Doer gets full ₹500, you pay fee.
- Track live: once doer taps Start, see live location (30s trail), call via masked proxy (recorded 45 days), video call.
- Verify & release: doer submits checkpoint proofs (photo/video as you set). Review, ask for redo with written reason, then Sign Off → funds released to doer.
- Rate & rehire: blind 5-star ratings, then one-tap rehire from history.
You get it done
- Browse feed: see tasks near you (radius filter), distance, price, checkpoints. Tap to chat with poster.
- Offer & lock: send offer (you initiate), poster can counter. First mutual agree locks deal, other chats close.
- Wait for deposit: poster has 30 min to pay. You get notified, then Start Task.
- Do the work: Start shares live location, 30s trail logged for dispute. Call poster via masked proxy (no numbers revealed).
- Submit proof: upload exact proof per checkpoint (photo when photo asked, video when video asked). Poster reviews.
- Get paid & rated: poster signs off → you confirm receipt → funds released (minus nothing, you get 100%). Maintain 3.5+ rating, ₹99k/year cap.
Example: Write a 10 pages assignment — ₹500
Poster Arjun S needs a 10 pages assignment handwritten. He posts: title "Write a 10 pages assignment", budget ₹500, deadline Apr 10, 5pm, pin Waghodia Road, checkpoints: 1) photo of each completed page, 2) PDF scan of full assignment, 3) live video call showing handwritten pages. Doer Priya K 0.8km away sees it, offers ₹500 in chat. Arjun counters ₹450, Priya accepts ₹475. Deal locks at ₹475. Arjun pays ₹499 (475 + 24 fee). Priya waits, gets notified, taps Start — live location on, trail logs. She writes 10 pages, takes page photos, sends PDF scan, calls Arjun live showing pages. Arjun checks photos (handwriting legible), reviews PDF (all 10 pages as asked), approves 2, rejects 1st with reason "page 3 photo blurred, retake clearly". Priya retakes, Arjun approves, taps Task Completed — ₹475 auto-transferred to Priya UPI via Razorpay (ref Task REF) — case closed, no manual step. Both rate 5 stars. Arjun later rehires Priya from history for another assignment in one tap.
Trust & rules
- Numbers never revealed — masked proxy calls, contact filter before lock.
- Calls recorded 45 days for disputes, with consent.
- Location trail 30s intervals, only for active task, deleted 45 days post-completion.
- Ratings blind, permanent, 3.5+ to keep doing.
- Disputes: human admin, full trail (chat, calls, proofs, location), 24-72h.
- Tickets: raise from chat → admin sees ticket number, contacts both, closes → chat shows Case closed.
