What is KaamKa
KaamKa is India's hyperlocal physical task marketplace. We connect people who need tasks done with nearby doers who can get them done. From scouting PGs and queuing at banks to cleaning rooms and delivering items — any physical task that needs a real person nearby belongs on KaamKa.
How it works
Posters describe their task, set a budget, and pin a location. Doers nearby see the task and discuss privately. Once both agree, the deal locks. The poster pays a secured amount held by KaamKa. The doer completes the work with checkpoint verification. Payment releases only when the poster confirms satisfaction. A 5% platform fee is charged to the poster. The doer always receives 100% of the agreed price.
Built on trust
Every deal is deposit-backed. Phone numbers are never revealed between users. Calls go through a masked proxy. All pre-lock messages are filtered for contact details. Disputes are reviewed by a human admin with the full evidence trail — messages, call recordings, location data, and checkpoint proofs. Ratings are blind and permanent. The whole system is designed so trust is not a feature, it is the product.
Where we operate
KaamKa is headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. We are building in public and currently operate as a sole proprietorship. The platform is designed for Indian cities where hyperlocal physical tasks are a daily need. We support UPI-based payments and operate under Indian law including the IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023, and relevant intermediary guidelines.
